چکیده
Abstract Background Early blight disease of tomato caused by pathogenic fungi Alternaria solani is the most significant and common throughout world as well in Kingdom Saudi Arabia. The aim this study was to isolate identify native Trichoderma species from Jeddah region Arabia; evaluate their antagonistic potential against A. ; influence early severity greenhouse open field. Results present focused explore biocontrolling spp. strain compare with a conventional fungicide . Out 21, 3 isolates showed an antifungal activity significantly inhibited mycelial growth pathogen that were identified atroviride, T. harzianum longibrachiatum ITS sequence analysis. Strong vitro suppression (70.66%) also recorded at 400 ppm Mancozeb (90%WP ® ) fungicide. Further, these bioagents further evaluated (artificially inoculated) field on naturally infected plants. In greenhouse, (13.74%) after treatment recorded, followed (25.83%) atroviride (21.67%). (50 mg/L; 10 ml per plant) application (7.91%). positive impact plant biomarkers demonstrated all selected greenhouse. Under natural infection season I, (%) , treatments 11.5, 13.26 16.81%, respectively, control (32.12%), whereas 7.18% application. Conclusions results revealed had mitigate intensity

although there are studies on pragmatic assessment, to date, literature has been almost silent about native and non-native english raters’ criteria for the assessment of efl learners’ pragmatic performance. focusing on this topic, this study pursued four purposes. the first one was to find criteria for rating the speech acts of apology and refusal in l2 by native and non-native english teachers...

Pythium aphanidermatum is one of the common causal pathogen of damping-off disease of beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) grown in Manipur. A total of 110 indigenous Trichoderma isolates obtained from North east India were screened for their biocontrol activity which can inhibit the mycelial growth of P. aphanidermatum, the causal organism of damping-off in beans. Out of the total isolates, 32% of th...

Isolation of autochthonous bacteria from marine sources as a potential probiont in biocontroling against pathogenic Vibrio species in the shrimp culture industry was the aim of current research. A total of 198 bacterial strains were isolated from pond water, sediment, hepatopancreas and gut samples of shrimps after culturing the samples on Tryptic Soy Agar and incubated at 30 °C for 24-48 h. متن کاملMolecular characterization and identification of biocontrol isolates of Trichoderma spp.
The most common biological control agents (BCAs) of the genus Trichoderma have been reported to be strains of Trichoderma virens, T. harzianum, and T. viride. Since Trichoderma BCAs use different mechanisms of biocontrol, it is very important to explore the synergistic effects expressed by different genotypes for their practical use in agriculture. Characterization of 16 biocontrol strains, pre...
